Finn Fisher-Black is a New Zealand road cyclist, born on 21 December 2001 in Nelson. He is 1.89 m tall and rides for Red Bull–BORA–hansgrohe, which he joined in 2025. Wikipedia lists him as a puncheur. His older sister, Niamh Fisher-Black, is also a professional cyclist, and he attended Nelson College from 2015 to 2017.

Fisher-Black raced on the track and road as a junior. In 2018 he won the team pursuit at the junior track world championships, and in 2019 he won the Oceania junior road race and time trial. He rode for the Jumbo–Visma Development Team in 2020 and 2021, and in 2021 he won the Istrian Spring Trophy overall and finished fourth at the Tour of Belgium. UAE Team Emirates announced in July 2021 that he would join the team immediately, and he stayed until 2024. In 2022 he broke a leg in a crash at the Boucles de la Mayenne.

He won for the first time as a professional on the opening stage of the Giro di Sicilia in April 2023 and also took the young rider classification. In September 2023 he was second on stage 16 of the Vuelta a España, behind Jonas Vingegaard. In 2024 he won the Muscat Classic and a stage of the Vuelta a Asturias, was part of the winning UAE team in the Paris–Nice team time trial, and finished third overall at the Tour of Oman, the Vuelta a Burgos and the AlUla Tour.

With Red Bull–BORA–hansgrohe he won the New Zealand time trial title in 2025 and again in 2026. In 2025 he was third overall at the Tour Down Under and sixth at the UAE Tour. In 2026 his best result was second place overall at the Tour de Pologne in August, 10 seconds behind the winner Marco Brenner, after he was second in the final time trial. In September he finished the Vuelta a España in 52nd place and was sixth in the stage 18 time trial, and in October he was third overall at the Eneco Tour after taking second place in its stage 2 time trial.
