CCC 2026 has delivered a spectacular day of trail running in the Alps.
Cristian Minoggio of Italy and Yngvild Kaspersen of Norway have taken victory in the 2026 CCC, one of the headline races of the HOKA UTMB Mont-Blanc week.
The CCC, short for Courmayeur–Champex–Chamonix, takes runners across Italy, Switzerland and France before finishing in Chamonix.
The 2026 edition featured a demanding mountain course of around 108 kilometres with more than 6,000 metres of elevation gain.
Cristian Minoggio produced a strong performance to win the men’s race in 10:21:48.
In the women’s race, Yngvild Kaspersen claimed victory in 12:01:14, adding another major CCC result to her trail running career.
The race once again showed why the CCC is considered one of the most prestigious 100K trail races in the world.
With the CCC now decided, attention turns to the main UTMB race in Chamonix, where the world’s best ultra-trail runners are taking on the ultimate challenge around Mont Blanc.
